    LTM4613 is a good candidate for low radiated EMI applications. You can surely try it in this application. Unfortunately we don't have measured EMI results under MIL-STD-461E standards. LTM4613 is EN55022 class B compliant.

    In Figure 23 of datasheet of LTM4613, a 2-phase oscillator is used for syncing the two devices.

    Why should I feed a 180 Deg phase shifted signal to the second device?
