The two evaluation boards correspond to two separate part numbers. AD8318-EVALZ is for AD8318, while AD8318-EP-EVALZ is for AD8318-EP (enhanced product). Please see each product's datasheet for further details.
I am going to use the AD8318. Do you have any application note for Vout temperature compensation? By TADJ pin? By TEMP pin? any compensation circuit?
Unfortunately, there is not a SPICE model nor a tool to simulate the AD8318.
If this request is for evaluation purposes, I recommend acquiring an ADI evaluation board for the AD8318 and evaluating it in the lab.
