We've bought the EVAL-RapID-TSNEK, getting it out of the box and connecting it as described in the User Guide does not grant us access to the WEB UI.
From the forum we've found that the best way to continue is to flash the software downloaded from the Innovasic website.
However, the IP address mentioned within these steps is not available, the one which is available works up to the step setting up a telnet connection.
The error message which we receive is: Could not open connection to the host, on port 23: Connection failed.
We did disable the windows firewall and examined if telnet was enabled. Both these steps have not resulted in getting the board to work.
Please help us out!
If you haven't already, try running telnet in administrator mode. This often can solve problems like this.

Unfortunately, this did not work.
Running ipconfig on Windows 10 does show a product being connected to the Ethernet port with a blank field at its default gateway.
OK So you are describing two different things. One of them is loading with the bootloader, the other is accessing the TSN web pages through a browser. Please clarify which one of these you would like assistance on so we can be on the same page.
Both have an equal problem.
While trying to access the address specified in the User Guide, either 192.168.1.1 for the application or telnet 192.168.21.105, the board is not responding.
Looking in ipconfig shows us that a board is connected to the ethernet adapter port but with an unknown default gateway.
